I got a chicken super burrito. Chicken hard to find, lots of beans. Burrito cold, I came by at 1. They dont pay employees ... enough and charge too much. No wonder they dont have customers. More customers the lower the overhead. No customers overheadhigh. Upper management needs to learn that. Maybe too late for this store. Read more

We haven't been to a Taco Mayo in a while because the one in our town sadly closed down but stopped at the one in bristow, the... staff was friendly, the food was fresh and tasty and the burritos were loaded! Made me miss having one around again but thislocation gets 5 stars, great people and great food! Read more
I know there is inflation, but worst meal that i have ever had from there. Meat tasted like grease, no seasoning and it was... cold. Disappointed as i have always loved their taco salads. Makes me sad at how it has went downhill. Read more
Very impressed with the level of customer satisfaction they offer. Today my order was short a couple of Indian tacos and when I... called to inform. They were aware and had tried to stop me before I drove off. They offered to bring it to me at home and Itold them I was 15 + minutes from them and I could take a credit but they said it would be no problem to bring it and offered tobring me a drink as well. They went way beyond to ensure I was satisfied. This company deserves 5 stars for this type ofresponse. So many others would say you can come back and get it - and you know you can but really not much of an apology. Thesefolks apologized and really went out of their way.
