This Chipotle is a hot mess. I?ve gotten multiple gross and incorrect online orders from them and at this point I?m done trying.... This last time they put the taco fillings IN BETWEEN the taco shells instead of inside. Totally cold. Missing half the toppings.Chipotle needs to send someone in or shut this place down. Why is the meat spicy? There's a difference between especias and spicy, one is seasoning, the other a ????? The seasoning was... lacking, cashier was hard to hear, maybe he was new. It takes time, but hope he gets comfortable, at time of payment I couldn'tpay with a card because of the reader, so I paid with cash. Read more
Food was good and service was ok but sense of urgency by staff is lacking, thus making waiting in line longer than usual. Indoor... garbage was overflowing and tables were not wiped after use - most tables were dirty. We ate outside. Read more
All of the tables inside were dirty. Two ladies by the register we're just chatting and having a nice time. Would have done a... lot better for this review if they would have went out and cleaned the tables off. The quality of the food was excellent asusual, and we will be visiting Chipotle in Stafford, where cleanliness and quality of food makes a difference. Read more
Poor experience.. Ordered chicken and was billed for steak. The staff also serves very little protein with your order and... makes up the difference in other areas like rice, beans, condiments, etc I went during lunch so there was the lunchtime rushbut this is not an excuse for messing up several peoples orders. There is a language challenge where most of the staff does notspeak English. Second there is this massive rush to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. What happens here is manymistakes are made. For example I was billed wrong, they forgot my chips and salsa. Just slow down for one more minute and youcan get the persons order right and everyone can be happy. I would not go back to this location simply because of the poorservice. Read more
A few months ago, I would have undoubtedly written this as a 4-5 stars. But lately I can?t. The bowls are so under filled and... have gotten more expensive. You?re paying more money for less food. At this point it?s more worth it to go to Cava or somewhereelse because chipotles trademark prices and quantity simply isn?t the same anymore. Not only that but the quality of food hasdropped. Today, the guacamole was super brown. The photo doesn?t quite show the shade but it is fully brown. Overall it just hasdeclined in quality and has been for a while but online delivery is not an option bc only half the bowls are filled and if youorder in person they only fill it slightly more.
