I don?t know what?s wrong with this location. Im quite fed up with my experience here. It is literally only this location that I... have problems with. I always order a chicken Philly. Since I can?t eat onions, I like to sub it for mushrooms. They can nevermake my sandwich right. They forget to add the mushrooms or they forget to take out the onions, or they take out the peppersentirely. The employees like to tell me, ?you didn?t tell me that? or ?you never said hold the onions? blah blah I?ve heardevery condescending excuse. They don?t speak to me with any form of respect, nor do they offer to remake my sandwich. Its alwayssomeone different. Thankfully my coworkers order the same thing, but they don?t mind the onions, so I just give it to them andI order another sandwich. I?ve been to this location at least 6 times for lunch and it happens every time, it?s mind boggling.I?m here for a quick bite for lunch and it?s back to work. I don?t have the time or patience to argue and cause a scene for asandwich. And when my sandwich is made for a second time, ingredients are never properly distributed. Every bite should havecheese, chicken, peppers, mushrooms, and bread. I get sandwiches with the cheese concentrated on one side of my sandwich,mushrooms concentrated on 1/2 my sandwich, chicken only on 3/4 of my sandwich, and peppers are concentrated in one part my ofsandwich. This seems to be the case for my co workers sandwiches as well. I never have this problem at any other Jersey mikeslocation. Anytime i go to any other Jersey mikes location, my sandwich is made as ordered, ingredients are properly distributed,and I leave a happy man. I?d like to continue coming here, as it?s a convenient location when I?m traveling to and from work.But man I do not support this location in this state. Read more

Poorest excuse for a sub I?ve ever seen in my life! One sub had zero meat only topping and the other had no toppings. This is... absolutely unacceptable for the amount they cost! I will be returning them tomorrow! No dinner tonight Read more

Great value (size) & fresh subs! Meat is cut in front of you vs pre-cut

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop. The sandwiches are consistently good no matter which location you go to. I got... the classic Italian which was excellent. I think one of their claims to fame is that they hand slice the deli meats to order soit is always fresh. Another in my party ordered a steak and cheese which was delicious! Very clean atmosphere and very good courteous staff. I elected to purchase the mushroom swiss sub it was so good & fresh!

When we eat here, it's always an enjoyable experience. We love to eat in, to watch the team working hard and together to serve... their customers valiantly. Today, Kody, James, and Josh killed it on customer service. Busy dinner hour didn't slow them down,or take away from the willingness to have great customer service! Terrible. Friday 2/11. Online order promised at 6:08. Finally received last part of order at 6:58, and a lady was still waiting... for her order promised at 5:45. Part of my hot sandwich order was ready at 6:40, but had to wait for the last part. When I gothome, 2 of my sandwiches were wrong. There were 6 others waiting for online orders. The 3 workers (woefully understaffed for aFriday night) were serving the people in line and not filling online orders. The young lady at the grill did not seem to haveany organized way she was filling orders (filled my 3 sandwich order over 30 minutes). Obviously some of my order was cold whenI got it home. This indicates a lack of training. And where was the owner and manager? If someone couldn't work, I wouldexpect then to try to fill in. I will not order here again. Read more

Usually a pretty solid choice for lunch, but had our first bad experience here yesterday. Ordered four sandwiches online and... picked up at the store, but got home to find only three in the bag. Went back to the store to get the fourth and was given a"regular" that was two inches shorter than our other regulars -- clearly a mini. Net result was that my wife ate half of alunch while I ate a soggy sandwich because of the extra 30 minutes of back and forth. JM has to be better than this on our nexttrip, otherwise it will be our last trip to this location. Read more
