So there is a Pizza Hut that is closer to me than this one in Bristol, VA, but I ALWAYS choose this one to order pizza from... because the quality, service and speediness of my order is amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have never been disappointed with anyorder from this location! It?s so very easy to tell that they take their time and intentionally send out quality everytime!! The Detroit Style Pizza from this location is soooo good! I was curious (maybe even skeptical about trying it), but I ambeyond satisfied with it! The crust is extra crispy, there is extra cheese on the crust, then the toppings and finally, thesauce on top is not the typical marinara sauce, this sauce has an extra fresh taste to it, it?s closer to what you would expectfrom an Italian restaurant! Worse service ever. Manager said he going to send the police to my house. I called to say my pizza was made wrong. He told me... don't ever call back again. Ok. I won't. Domino's never treats their customers like that. Read more
Staff sloppily prepare the food, for example not putting enough cheese on the food so the topside ends up hard and burnt instead... of soft and cheesy. -UPDATE- New management at this store has made all the difference, the food is almost always perfect now,and the staff are courteous and helpful. Our deliverer, ordering process and freshness was good. The cheese pizza was good, but the veggie pizza was flimsy and had a... very bland taste. We had a competitor veggie and the dough and flavor of the sauce and veggies tastes fresher. Read more
Ordered pizza for a birthday lunch for my boss. Food was good and the pizzas were made to order. Also ordered 12 wings which... were mostly drums. The total was close to 80 dollars including tip. The only gripe I have is that they do not give you anydipping sauces without paying .75 per sauce. I figured you would get at least one per 6pc order of wings but nope. Not a singledipping sauce, or any parmesan cheese, peppers, napkins or anything. If you order online I would call after placing your orderif you would like any extras. Read more
