I love this subway SO MUCH! Phoebe always prepares my sandwich with meticulous attention! She is the ONLY person I trust there... to make my sandwich(es) right! Always a good ratio of toppings, meat, cheese, and heat. She never lets my sandwich burn or gettoo soggy in sauce. She really makes this subway amazing. Read more
This particular subway restaurant has a very slow moving line. I walked out, because they took the other patrons before me in... line. They started my order and didn?t finish it and took the other patrons who were behind me in line ahead of me when I wasfirst in line before finishing my order. Read more
The boy that waited on us was rude, mumbled, rushed us, needed to pull up his pants, didn't know how to make a salad, spoke to... short to mother. The other person there never made eye contact spoke or said anything to let us know that he wasn't going towait on us because he was doing online orders. The boy also got rude when we told him we wanted a salad and had to go get abowl. It was way too much for him to do. Never ever experienced anything like this at a subway in my life. Employees & manager/ owner could care about customer service and food quality. I waited in line July 5, 2019 for over 20 minutes... with only three people ahead of me. The employees and managers were slow and nonchalant providing sloppy careless service.Finally after getting my two meatball and cheese sandwiches no toppings, the manager puts the sandwiches in the bag thenproceeds to put two bottles of 20 ounce soda on top of the sandwiches! I went in for a salad, but the two girls working there barely spoke english and they made me a small bowl instead. Also they... apparently need sharper knives because they could hardly chop up the meats. Worst of all, the quality of the meats, cheeses andproduce was subpar. Do not recommend. Instead go to nearby Jersey Mike's, where the quality and service is much better! Read more
