Expensive refused to honor coupons. Spent $100 dollars and the manager was not willing to except an 8 dollar off coupon. Took... forever to get my 4 pizzas, 40 wings and 3 orders of breadsticks. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. Read more
I went to the location in Bristow, VA at 9:37pm on Monday evening to order a small pizza for carry out and the restaurant wasn't... accepting any more orders. The sign on the door as well as online states that they close at 10pm. Considering a small pizzadoesn't take that long to make, I find it to be poor customer service to turn away customers when the restaurant is still open.VERY BAD BUSINESS. Read more
January 1, 2019 around 7:30pm-8pm: ordered two pizzas and wings from this location. Subsequently, my WHOLE FAMILY got sick and... vomited the dinner out, including two small children (1 and 4 yrs old). The food was extremely oily and obviously something elsemust have been off about it. I intend on calling their management tomorrow, God willing. Whoever was there (7:30pm on 1/1/2019)and cooking/preparing the pizza/wings needs to be reviewed extensively and changes need to be made. This is very dangerousespecially for children! Read more
Awesome food but they aren't willing to make a delivery within their 5 miles delivery radius. I'm in Nokesville and 4.2mi away.... The man on the phone was aruging that the distance for them is not the same and that makes no sense. All I wanted was good pizzato be delivered since I suffer from a chronic condition that makes driving difficult at times. Utterly ridiculous they were notwilling to drive 4.2mi for someone willing to pay extra for delivery if necessary. The man got crappy with me and said he was"trying to be nice" and see if they can deliver 4.2mi from their restaurant. I said forget it, I'm within the delivery radiusand if they aren't willing to do their jobs, I'll gladly take my business to Carini's in Nokesville even if I have to pick itup. Be advised if you attempt to order from here. They choose who and where they want to deliver to within their 5mi radius. Read more
Called in order, person on phone was very, very friendly. Ordered an Italian Sub. Was one of the worse I've had in a very long... time! Very, small amount of meat, sliced paper thin, thinner than even from Subway-so don't believe the online description of"piled high"...try to find the meat. Quality of the meat was also not so good. It was bland and tasteless!! Sandwich was justnot good! Wasted nearly $10.00. Threw it in trash and enjoyed my microwave popcorn! I won't go back. Read more
