This has happened before but today I am fed up. The manager at this location Amira/Amyra (not sure of the spelling) is very... rude. The staff as a whole is unprofessional. Particularly the afternoon crew. Acrylic nails (unsanitary for food handling),bonnets, hats turned backwards. But when a MANAGER is openly rude and unprofessional it?s understood why the staff is this way.I come to this location because I like the way their drinks are made compared to surrounding Dunkin?s but I spend way to muchmoney here to be treated this way. To be fair?Taylor and Andreas have ALWAYS been professional, kind and make the best drinks. Read more

Very bad, buy 40 dollars in the trash, this was in bad condition! And they didn?t give me a drink! I was attended by a... black-haired lady with a red cashier! I would have liked to return this purchase but it is far from home the children werealready tired of walking in the car! But take note if you want to consume something in this place. Read more

This once was my favorite DD/BR to visit every morning. Not so much now. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 6:52pm this... evening, began ordering a sundae, only to be told by the female voice on the other side of the speaker that the "Baskin" side isclosed because they are short staffed. I said "Ok, thank you" to the voice and proceeded to drive away. I drove past a clearopen full view of the inside of the restaurant and saw no patrons inside but also saw around 3 or 4 employees grouped in onearea and another single employee standing in the ice cream area. The single employee caught that I was looking inside and gaveme a grim side eye stare as I drove around to exit the drive thru. Is this what we are doing now, DD/BR? Staff decides thatthey will pick and choose who & what they will serve when they want? If this is standard policy, then post a sign somewhere. There's a sign stating that they are hiring. I wonder why? I'm very displeased. BTW, this is not the only bad customerservice experience from this location, just the latest. They are hiring more younger people and not training them onappropriate, good customer service. Read more

Just tried to order a latte , waited for about 10 minutes until one of the girls noticed me. Just to tell me the register was... not working and thats why she hadn?t said anything. Just go to Starbucks, this people don?t have manners whatsoever. Read more

Always slow service even with 6 people behind the counter. No employees seem to know how to work the register and several... employees are just wandering about on their phones as if they don?t know where they are. Waited for 15 minutes to be told theyare out of bread. And was still waiting for my drink. I looked behind to see no one was making my drink but several people werestanding around drinking their own. Come here every morning for my ice coffee, 2 creams, 8 sugars & extra ice? on point! No complaints, everyone has a good &... professional attitude. This is the location I normally come to. I have noticed since a previous manager left service have went down! Today I ordered... via drive thru and the female was rushing & over talking me while ordering. I knew the order was going to be wrong and it was.Coffee order was wrong twice and the snacking bacon ( however spelled ) was refrigerator cold ( always is warm). Also, when Iwas told to pull to the front because order wasn't ready it took 10 min for 1 sandwich/ snacking bacon ??????? Read more
