This store is not the best. I ordered a sandwich on my way to work like normal because I used to visit this location. Well it... was not made right. I called. They wanted me to come back 45 mins away or keep the sandwich to show them. Crazy. Said they wouldrefund my money. It's been close to a month. Nothing. Jimmy John may lose a loyal customer of more than 6 years. Read more

Love Jimmy Johns Bread was fresh, delivered wasfast. Although, the only question I have is "where's the Beef?" I ordered 3 roast... beef subs, and I can barely tell if it is a beef sub or a veggie sub. Read more
The sandwiches here are usually good but today my Country Club was a bit hard to chew and the photo shows why. I have never had... any restaurant put this part of deli meat on a sandwich, looks like the end that's usually cut off. Guess this will be my lastvisit there. Read more
I have not been to Jimmy John's in about a year because my last experience was terrible. Today was no different. As always they... messed up my sandwiches. Only included two of the add-ons are requested our sandwiches were very dry. How do you mess up aturkey Tom?! I was sent to order for the office. I'm not going back to any Jimmy John's ever. My friends & coworkers agree notto continue to waste their hard earned money. JJs is too overpriced to have such bad customer service and such poor sandwichmaking experiences every single time! My consensus over my last three visits is that Jimmy John's does not care anything at allabout it's customers, quality of sandwich, or customer service. I'm done ???? Read more
Jimmy Johns is a good establishment and their food is always fresh. This particular place is always shortstaffed though or maybe... they aren't training properly. They also need to raise their wages ($11) to compete with other places that are offering more totheir employees. Might explain the wait times and shortstaffing. Read more
Sometimes freaky fast and other times freaky slow. So we'll meet in the middle with 3 stars. Today I was the only car in drive... thru and it took me 10 minutes to get my food despite having placed my order via the JJ app. The sandwiches are great except fortoday. I asked for lite mustard and when I got back to work and took a bite, it was oozing out of every direction lol. Read more
I go through the drive through for freak fast sand which, and I end up sitting in line for 15 minutes as I watched 2 of their... workers just stand around. Never coming back here again and I highly suggest know one else does too. On top of it I worked ata Jimmy John?s for several years, and by far the slowest store I have seen.
