I asked for hot tea but the girl didn't know what that was. I said no problem I'd have and iced tea and an apple fritter. ... Went through the drive thru. Waited 8 minutes just to have the order taken from the speaker. The girl kept jumping on and saying... "1 second". Placed the order and she says, "oh, hang on, 1 second." She comes back and I have to repeat the order again becauseshe never entered it. The other speaker was taking orders like nothing. So, people who got there after us, placed their orderand went off on their merry way. No problem paying, but had to wait to receive the small order. We ordered 3 things. All thewhile, I get to watch 3 DT attendants showing each other things from their phones and just screwing around. The window attendantbrings the food and I asked her if everything was in there, she says yes. We drive home and look in the bag and the sauces forthe nuggets wasn't in the bag. They don't deserve that 1 start. Walking in at 10.11 am I placed the order withbthe kiosk waited 15 min and nothing . I noticed... that everyone that walked I. Was eating and I was still waiting, so I asked the cashier she called some and she said " oh I willbe out in a minute " so I waited 10 more minutes, I finally had enough and asked for my money back. The Manger away. And I toldher I see that you are busy but over 30 min waiting for my order is not acceptable sge did not even acknowledge the issue orapologize or nothing she did not said a darn n thing. She just proceeded the return give the receipt to the cashier and toldher that one of the copies was mine and walked away. Don't be a manager if you can't lead be example and or have some type ofexpectations as a leader.. what that cashier learn is that is ok to ignore customers when there is an issue and if she ever getsa management position unless someone shows her the right ways ,she will be just like this unprofessional lady. This location has good customer service and fast. It's unfortunate that I have to go to this location, when others would be... nearby. I went to a location in Cicero (Cermak) and my coffee was soapy. Tasted like dishwasher liquid. Why are the staff soangry? Racism? Read more
The staff did a good job getting our order correct even with the chaos inside the store. Really nice people and probably the... best sandwiches I think that I have ever eaten from a McDonald's. They are super fast, and the food is always great. Read more
They use to be amazing but the whole staff changed and they suck now. Also the app lets you order for take out and the doors are... always locked . Please fix that issue bc it has happened to me three times. It makes no sence why the inside closes before 7. Iwould cancel the order but you can?t on the app so I have to sit in the drive thru that is always ten miles long. Get the oldcrew back please. Came back two more times. Seriously everytime I come back it?s worse and worse. Currently at 20 mins waitingfor my food with the app waiting on curbside. I would leave but I paid. They don?t care at all at this location. I?ve been here several times as a driver and each time the service and atmosphere was on par and to be expected of the new look... and feels of the current McDonald?s revamps across the globe.
