Service was great. Employees were pleasant. Place was clean. Smoothie was great. BUT! Management should be ashamed of themselves... for charging 8 bucks for a Smoothie. Rediculess and I won't be back. I never mind paying a little extra for quality but 8 bucksis over the top. Cashier seemed almost scared to tell me. Then there's a tip jar! You are doing a great job to maintain Pulp?s reputation as a company, unlike the Independence location whichclosed 30+ minutes early tonight. Might want to review cameras from today approximately 1:50 pm. A whole bunch of kids working in there, the floor/prep area is... disgusting. I'm talking can see chunks of food from waiting area. Had to wait while 3 employees tried fixing some app forordering while I was the only customer there. Places my order then they busied themselves with that. A 4th girl whom worksthere but was not on duty came in to make her own smoothies. She proceeded to spill toppings on the floor and didn't bothercleaning it up. Didn't get a full cup of my order. Won't be back, not that it'll matter to you but if your revenue is down Iwould suggest maybe having a supervisor around. Read more

Extremely unpleasant vibes in this store. I walked in and the two girls working there looked me up and down and had such nasty... looks on faces. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was dressed normally, looked normal. There was no reason for them to look atme that way unless they were jealous or something. My açaí bowl was good though. Went in today for a smoothie and wrap. As the girl was making my smoothie (she was a sweetie) the manager I'm assuming he's been... there everytime I've gone, came up from the back with products he was unloading. He took the guys order behind me who paid incash, put all the ingredients into the blender to blend then proceeded to make my wrap with the same gloves he's been wearingall morning probably- touching cash, register, multiple items NASTY! Whatever, I have a strong immune system I still started toeat the wrap then I found a hair, I'm disgusted and hungry cause that then went into the trash what a waste. Won't be back tothis location. The bar is clean, the seating area is comfy and nice enough for waiting (albeit rather cold to sit inside for long). The... smoothies are tasty, quickly made, and a nice stop for a lunch break. My new favorite spot! Amazing selection of freshly made smoothies and healthy but tasty bites! They also have supplement... enhancement additives that you can add to any smoothie.
