Rick and I dined here during lunch. It was busy! The staff did a great job working together and we didnt have to wait long. His... sub was just as he ordered. I tried a rotisserie chicken protein bowl. It was delish! I now have a new favorite to order! Thedining area and drink station was clean. There are 2 private handicap bathrooms and both were clean. I know an employee there who said they drop food like bread on the floor, and still serve it, and the manager doesn't care. The... manager also seems like she doesn't care about the place, has friends in the back, etc, so I see where the employees get itfrom. All the good employees work for a short time and then are gone, and they keep the employees that are no good, and have nomanners. How this place remains open is beyond me, but I'm never eating there again. Read more
I am sad to say that this is most definitely the worst Subway I have ever been to. I came here tonight at 8:55 to pick up an... online order my manager had placed for herself an hour prior (we work at a locally owned restaurant down the road). As soon as Ipulled into the parking lot, the young girl working RAN from the lobby to go lock the doors and turn off the lights. I proceededto walk up to the door knocking and waving at her and the other gentleman working, to which they both made DIRECT eye contactwith me, started cackling with laughter, then ran into their back office. I then proceeded to call the store so I could explainthat I wasn?t trying to ruin their night by placing an inconvenienced order 5 minutes till close, that I was just picking up analready paid order. I had a perfect view of the phone ringing and ringing with no answer, and began to become extremelyfrustrated. Then, out of no where, the girl grabbed the phone and either hung up on me or just took it to the back with her, Iwasn?t quite sure. Either way, still no answer. By this time it was 8:57 and I was PRAYING that someone would give me the commondecency to just respond. The last thing I saw was the girl SLAMMING the office door, so hard in fact it shook the items hangingon the surrounding wall, and then she proceeded to stand behind the register and SCREAM at the top of her lungs. I feel thatthis is completely unacceptable behavior, especially since my manager had NO TIME AT ALL to get her food and as a last resortsent me to pick it up for her. And the fact that this was food that was paid for. This is not the first time this location hasclosed early, almost every single night they will lock their doors and turn off their lights 5-10 minutes before they areactually SUPPOSED to close. I work night shift and come in between 8-9pm. They Regularly close before closing time, as a result of this they?re always ?out?... of part of what I?m ordering due to their unwillingness to complete their shifts before closing down the store.
