Absolutely horrible!!! We've purchased from this store several times and have never had this bad of experience. Meatballs were... hard as a rock. We couldn't even bite into it them. When we opened the sandwich to look at them they were dry and hard. Not sureif they were old or way over cooked ? The meat on the Spicy Italian wasn't the correct kind. When we opened the sandwich to lookat the meat it was all different colors. It was clear the meat was bad. We ended up throwing it all away. Absolutelydisgusting!!!! Read more

I went to order a sandwich and the female employee was rude when she replied to my questions as if I was becoming a problem.... She looked upset at me the entire time of my order and wasn't able to delivery friendly customer service. The previous time Iwent the same girl took my order in a rude tone and manner. Read more
Last night I went into the subway in Brock with my crewmates after work to get a sandwich. We came in about 15 minutes before... closing but we had just got off work. I had ordered and waited for my coworker to finish ordering his food. The blonde woman whotook his order and rang him up was very rude. She did not take the time to properly make his sandwich and just threw ittogether. She told us to leave while we were standing at the door, waiting for our coworker to finish paying. We were not rudewhatsoever until she yelled at us and she threatened to call the police on us if we did not leave (we were waiting on ourcoworker still). After this altercation, I personally will not be returning to this store. Do not come here!!! Read more
Employee was friendly but my 6 inch sandwich only had 3 thin slices of ham and the footlong had maybe 6. There was twice that on... our Sandwiches 2 weeks ago. Next time we want Subway I won?t be going to the one in Brock Read more

To say we frequent Subway is an understatement! We are very familiar with many different subways! I hate to say this one is... severely lacking because this is the one closest to our home and one that we would spend a lot of money at. However, personnel?sspeediness leaves a lot to be desired. Beginning of this weeks tuna was extra chewy, dry, and the flavor was OFF; couldn?tcontinue after 3 bites! Today they had no tomatoes, tea was noticeably flat, none of the chips we get, no sweet n? low?. In Oneof our favorite subways you will frequently see the owner, working and managing!
