The ice cream is great; however, we had a gift card to Abbott's and when I tried to use it there was a sign that said this... particular branch doesn't have the necessary equipment to process gift cards. That seems ridiculous to sell gift cards to peoplethat not all stores will honor. Read more

Staff is very friendly and I go there to get their ice cream turtles love them and I have a dog and he gets the doggy dish treat... and he just to borrows it recommend it Read more
I give two stars only because the custard is delicious. I have been there a few times hoping the poor service was just a fluke... thing. Sadly, it appears it was not. I have yet to receive good customer service. The servers always act like you arebothering them. They are far from friendly. I want to add that this review is based off of my last visit on 3/18/22. Horrible visit. Went in and ordered one Sundae, was charged for two. Trying to get the refund for the one they mistakenly... charged me for was like pulling teeth and then they got it wrong on top of it. By the time they came around to making theSundae, I received a small when I ordered a large. When I told the cashier she gave me incorrect change back, she just shruggedher shoulders and said so? When the shift manager came to take over the transaction, I had to explain to her how to make thecorrect change. In the end, I got my Sundae, albeit the wrong size. Oh, the clerk never made the sundae, the manager had to doit. The clerk decided to go hide in the back until I was gone. So I still technically didn?t get my money?s worth even with myrefund because they didn?t give me as much product as I ordered. Will not be going back. Sad, because in the summertime we liketo stop and give them our business. Read more
