Was very disappointed when I got a melt which even on the box it says LOADED and the picture was great untill I got it home and... looked at it very very disappointed to see it was about an inch thick wow and it wasn't very good at all false advertising isnot right to do I won't be back to the brockport store or any other PIZZA HUT EVER Read more
Pizza Hut used to be my most favorite restaurant. Last week I had to go to Brockport to attend a meeting for work. We were... excited to find a Pizza Hut and decided to go there for lunch. We walked in and used the restroom. There were 3 dead bugs onthe bathroom floor and the wall was covered in plastic from what looked like a plumbing problem. It looked and smelleddisgusting. I didn?t use the bathroom. Came out and took a good look at the restaurant itself. It was dingy dirty and gross. The salad bar had items that looked like they were weeks old with nasty brown lettuce. We left. Disappointed. We headed outof town and found a great little restaurant and had a nice meal. If all Pizza Huts have gone downhill as much as the one inBrockport NY has ?.no wonder most have them have closed. Not good Pizza Hit ? not good. Read more
The place needs an update it's so dark there. Windows had dust and floors looked like the 80s the tables were cracked and... wobbly. Other then that food was good service was good Read more
It was like stepping back in time! I was literally brought back to the 90's!! This Pizza Hut looked just like the one I went to... when I was a kid, turning in "Book-It" coupons for free personal pans! The food was really good and this Pizza Hut even offersgluten free pizza! Dirty, dark, dank and old. Not enough staff. Ordered pizza and pepsi, only 2 of us. Waited well over 15 minutes after sitting to... have a waitress come for our order and the restaurant was not busy. Only 3 other tables seated at the time. Then waited muchlonger for the drinks. And twice that for the food. Was ready to leave multiple times but my niece really wanted the food.Never gone back, won't unless changes are made. Needs updating, cleaning, and better training. Read more
So a few friends and I drove out about an hour to get to a Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut was the closest. Because why not? I can?t... stand WNY pizza and the nostalgia from dining in just does it. And certainly this Pizza Hut has not changed over the years. Thedecor was a throw back. The pizza was everything you love about getting it from here. And the service was friendly andquick. And then? the bathroom. The bathroom looks like something out of a Saw movie. I was surprised no one was chained to theexposed pipe. The thought ?this is how I go? came to my mind when I walked in.
