Update I just called and spoke to the manager and he said that the young girl that answered the phone never put the order in.... Very unprofessional I won't be ordering again. (side note manager seemed nice but has horrible people answering the phone andyou can tell that she doesn't care at all by the tone of her voice) I called at 630 to order a calzone and sub and was told 1hour for delivery. It's been 2 hours still no food I called about 20 mins ago to get a update and was told it was on the way (Ilove less then 10 mins away) Read more

So I decided to come here for the first time today. I wanted to get the ?half? garbage plate item with a cheeseburger as my... meat. Was told there wasn?t a way to ring in a half plate, and the cashier said she was new and since I was new too I gave herthe benefit of the doubt (she was genuinely polite and professional about it). I get charged $17 after tax for it and because ofthat, I?m expecting a decent size plate. I tip her anyways because it?s not really her fault, she?s just doing what she knows. Iasked her if I had time to run to dollar general across the street to grab a cheap drink, she says yes and so I go. 5 min laterI come back with a drink. I?m thinking maybe 5 min more to wait (burgers don?t take too long and neither should fries). I endedup waiting around 10 min after my trip to DG. I get my food, ask if there?s a fork and I?m told yes, walk across the street homeand I open the bag. No fork. No big deal, I just knew I I?m getting low on plastic forks and just grab one. It?s been less than5 min since receiving my food. I open the box- it?s no different than one I could have gotten from Bill Grays in size (andtheirs is cheaper too). First thing I test in a garbage plate is the fries. I pull one out- and it?s cold (and I checkeddifferent ones thinking the mac salad cooler them) and no salt. Like not even lukewarm from heat from the burger. The actualcheeseburger part was a little warmer than the fries. To their credit, the mac salad was cold like it?s supposed to be and thatwas ok. Overall it felt like this is what a happened- fries went down and they didn?t start cooking the burger until fries cameup. Then burger goes down and after the burger was done, they couldn?t find their Mac salad in the fridge, finally did, thenchopped the onion and put on the meat sauce too (which also was advertised as hot/spicy- it wasn?t). Probably won?t be goinghere again, as $17 is too much to pay for something I could get for $12 down the road of equal siz Read more

Smallest calzone I've ever seen. I ordered 3 meats and cheese. Definitely skimped on the meat... Barely any! Nothing like the... other Salvatores I've ordered from in the past.. Disappointing to say the least!! Read more

The service at this location is always top notch and it's always very clean. They have a very large menu and I highly recommend... the calamari. The pizza isn't my cup off tea (too much crust), but that's always a matter of personal preference. Read more

Ordered a med grilled chicken sub, and was disappointed with the ratio of bread to chicken. Next time I?ll just get a roll, to... see if the chicken actually fills the bread. Read more
