Great food and excellent service - I highly recommend this location. Staff are very friendly and food is delicious. I had... chicken picatta and it doesn’t disappoint! Portion sizes are still good. Ordered take out for my family and it was ready when they said it would be. They showed us the pizzas to ensure they were... right and the only issue was the Margherita pizza didn't have the basil. No problem, they gave us the basil on the side andthat was even better because we could just put it on ourselves. All pizzas were delicious and loaded with cheese andtoppings. These “twice baked brick oven” chicken wings were extremely undercooked. It was absolutely disgusting. This is completely... unacceptable. If I wouldn’t have cooked these in my own home oven I would’ve most likely caught something. BROCKTON, PLEASECHANGE! THIS IS NOT OKAY! Read more
This place needs help..my first visit the waitress refused to seat us cause she had to clean.I got a gift certificate for that... experience.Went in today for lunch.. waiter brought me a pizza I did not order.So he boxed it up for me to take home took it offthe bill and placed the order for the correct pizza.waited a while my friend was done eating by the time I got my food...it wasburnt!!! The manager comped the entire bill and now I still have the gift certificate...lol...she told us to use it nexttime..but I'm done with Bertuccis on Belmont St or anywhere for that matter. Read more
My Mom introduced me to Bertucci's when I was a pre-teen. It was love at first bite at their Brookline location. The rolls alone... always did it for me! As an adult living in Brockton, I remember they had a location in the Westgate mall years ago, but itmoved to the border of Easton and I'm glad they are still there. They never disappoint. The Pucillo was my fave pizza from themalong with the Tuscan wings that have a hint of spice to them. The switch to calabrese wings was sudden but welcome. I think Ilike them more. My mind was blown this year when I actually read the pizza menu in full and learned The Bertucci is a pepperonipizza! My gawd it's amazing! Had the Baked Ravioli and Garlic Knots delivered the other night and for a long time ppl have said it wasn't good so I tried for... myself and it was fantastic! My order came hot and the Ravioli was fresh, the Garlic knots were light and really overall thiswas a great experience...the delivery driver was super nice too!! Read more
