I got food for my 4y.o grandchild. I had never been to that location before, as I pulled up to the building I had a sinking... feeling. The area looked grimy. The guy that took my order was wearing street clothes, a dirty white T shirt no apron. He lookedlike he walked off the street and was helping out. I wanted to throw the food away but felt guilty. Picking up a catering order for a doctor?s office. 10 sandwiches, some steamed veggies, a salad, and iced tea. Needed the order... for 12pm for a shift change of nurses. Placed the order and was told it would be ready for pickup at 11am. Arrived at 11:06 andwas told it would not be ready until 11:45am. Sat and waited until then and then the order was completely wrong. Got allrotisserie half chickens instead of 10 sandwiches. Not sure how the person making the order missed the huge heading on the topof my order that said SANDWICHES but she did. Not mad at her though, she was one of 2 people in the entire place and barelyspoke english. She was put into position to fail. Read more
Ordered through door dash, as I got my food I noticed that the chicken is over cooked to the point the wings are like fried... chips, and oh yeah my 2.99 sprite I payed for turned out to be a large cup of water! See the pictures for references! I?ve beento many market baskets around Massachusetts and by far the Brockton location is at the top of the list for worst. Whether I've gone there for myself, family members, friends or coworker. I've been in there 3 days this week alone. Each time I... get good service from the person preparing my plate then I get to the cash register and this young lady could not be ruder witheach visit. She's not at all a people person. She answers your question with snide remarks and is simply never pleasant. Theydid a great job by taking out the trash that were there a few months ago. Now they need to take her and discard her like theydid those. Read more
I cannot believe the terrible shape of this restaurant. If anyone at Boston Market cares about the pride of this company you... need to have an emergency visit from upper management. The bathrooms are disgusting and everything is broken. Two very largeWindows of the menu board were blank. The menu board with the meals on it look like someone crumpled it into a ball ripped it inhalf and then put it back up. Unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable. I wanted the creamed spinach but had to skip itbecause it had a dark skin on top of it. Broccoli was overcooked and tasted like mush. The chicken was eaten within minutes ofit in my plate and it barely tasted lukewarm. I saw chicken protein harnessed bacteria and you had to keep it warm so you don'tmake people sick?? Again send an emergency visit from upper management before you lose too many more customers. Read more
