I ordered 2 blizzards and a worker with pink hair makes my second blizzard. As i give her my card to pay she accidentally knocks... over the ice cream and tries to scoop it up with her bare hands and give it to me. i politely ask her to remake it and as she?sremaking it she puts her fingers in the ice cream to prevent it from spilling as the mixer is putting it together. i take theice cream and go to a different line to tell another worker and he goes to get the manager. the manager is rude anddisrespectful saying he sees no fingerprints in the ice cream so i was lying. He also asks the worker who messed up whathappened and she lies. He then snatches my card to give me a refund and yells at me to never come back. Read more
Not really fair for me to review, but I don't like soft serve, which I had, and topped with chocolate and nuts, but sadly not... much flavor in ice cream and condiments. Good service. Read more

This is our second time for the season, and as always they delivered. My daughter loves ice cream!! She is picky about her ice... cream, and this is one of her favorite places. They help make wonderful memories and sticky fingers!! The gentleman gave me afree chocolate milkshake instead of discarding a wrong order. I thought that was very thoughtful and kind. They were a littlebusy and they opened another window to help out. Great job!! I gave the milkshake to my son. I love to see them happy andenjoying each other.
