Was blown off at the drive up (was not given a choice since lobby was locked), had to give order a few times (figured being... trained) drove to the window and felt horrible for the young man at the window. The individual that was supposed to be makingthe coffee was off doing God knows what, and when he finally was handed my coffee it was cold (in a hot cup)I just gave up. Read more
Every Dunks gets a good rating from me. This is a small shop with a small parking lot and drive-thru so at times in the early AM... the line will back up onto Belmont St. Avoid the early AM times and you'll be fine. Nice, friendly staff that remember repeatcustomers like myself. Read more
The lady who was working at night on July 19th around 10pm was very rude and impatient needs to change her attitude I work in... food service also and I understand how it is but the attitude was unnecessary and she was older to she needs to understand thisis what she signed up for I hate seeing reviews like this but sometimes it?s necessary like today. Service was great. I don't reccomend the blueberry crisp latte. Tasted strange to me Jelly and blueberry donuts were good. A... week later: Went there at 8:20pm to get a hot chocolate. The doors were locked and the employee inside shook his head thatthey were closed. The hours on the door said they close at 9pm. Not the best service Read more
I tried to come in and buy me a lunch. Got behind a guy who seemed to be in line already for a while. Waited for like 5 minutes... behind him and no one service the guy. They was only concerned about servicing the drive-thru. As we waited for another 5minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there, it never happened. Two customers walked out without ever being greeted oracknowledged after 10 minutes of waiting in line. Read more
