This place is getting worse every time I go there. If I ask for a coffee usually they have it but it is wrong. Every time I ask... for a bagel or something to be cooked after 5 they told me that they are not cooking anything cooking anything so therefore Iend up getting nothing . Read more

The supervisor or manager was very obnoxious, ignoring me the customer after coming from the back of the store to chastise an... employee, telling him to take off his headset several times and given him a mouthful about how to handle the customers in thedrive thru. Meanwhile, me and another customer were standing at the counter inside the store and had to wait a very long timeto be served. When I finally was serviced I was asked to cone to the drive thru counter, had to wait some more while her andthe young man behind the counter continued to wait on the customers in the drive thru. The young man finally asked me what Iwould like, I told him a hot coffee and a hash brown he got my coffee right away then went back to filling the drive thruorders. After waiting a good amount of time I asked the lady if I could pay for the coffee and forget the hash browns becausethey should have been done by then and they were not even started. She took my payment then proceeded to tell me thereshouldn't be just those two and a whole bunch of other stuff that I didn't need to hear. I was ignored for too lung, the ladywas completely disrespecting the young man with the way she was talking to him and she was clearly showing off in front of methe customer to let him know who had the power. It made me wonder the reason why the regular staff were not there if they hadto put up with her obnoxious behavior. She didn't even acknowledge me once when she came out from the back room. Read more
If there was an option for negative stars, I would use it! Got my order for 12 donuts wrong the 1st time, I brought it back to... be corrected and didn't double check again (knowing they must have corrected the mistake) only for me to get to work and see thehorror they had packed in the box. When I came back to express my distress, the manager (who doesn't seem to understand Englishproperly) was extremely rude! I will have to hang my DD boots and move on to Krispy kreme, thanks to this incompetent bunch! Read more
Worst service ever. Went through the drive thru and the guy kept yelling "anything else anything else" real loud while I tried... to complete my order which made me feel like he was rushing me. I get my sandwich and leave just to find out it was the wrongorder. I got back and ask them to fix it and the young female stated they had no more regular bagels. I then asked to speak tothe manager. The cashier goes to the back 4 time over a 7 min period just to come.out the last time and tell me the manager wason the phone.
