Wonderful employees! I know, you probably think you care more about the product than the service, but I disagree. Dunkin's... product is pretty much the same everywhere. If you've experienced an exception to this then maybe that's exactly whathappened... you found the exception to the rule. This place has a great product, but even more importantly this locationprovides exceptional service. The employees remember you and greet you warmly. They demonstrate a genuine interest in fosteringa pleasant environment. I'm sure this creates a better work environment for them but it also creates a wonderful experiencewhile waiting a short time for your order. Read more

I dont 1 star places often but this dunkin is the worst in brockton and they steal from you. Ask for your receipt!!! Ordered... two drinks, two sandwiches and six donuts and the total was 22 dollars. I pay and have to correct the drink order which theystill get wrong and then they dont give me the donuts. When I ask I get told they didnt charge me so I said forget it and theydont give you your receipt to verify like most places do. In the past this dunkin has given me iced coffee even though I onlyorder hot. Mocha hot chocolate even though I dont say the word mocha at all. Wrong donuts that weren't ordered. I can deal withhonest mistakes because the service industry can be difficult but this place just gives you what they feel like they want you tohave. Avoid at all costs because it will cost you. Staffing is low, customer service is okay. Arrived after breakfast before lunch. Had munchkins for my daughter and a medium... coffee. Inventory of donuts was low. Read more
For some reason this place always makes coffee different than every other dunkin around the cream to sugar ratio is just off now... either this location has it wrong OR ALTERNATIVELY. Every other dunkin I?ve been to in my 29 years of age has been wrong . Whata perplexing mystery. Read more

Horrible experience!!! Please don?t go there. Today January 30th, 2022 at 12pm. I was in line for 30 min in the drive thru and... when I got to order nobody answered for more than 10 min. I kept saying: ?Hello? Is anybody there!??for 10 min. I drove to thenext window thinking that maybe they were having difficulties with the audio. The lady there starts being rude saying that Ineed to do the line again. I said: ?I?ve been there for a long time. You could?ve said, I?ll be right there with you sir orsomething. I thought something was wrong. Could you take my order?? She said: ?No. Go and do the line again?. Honestly I?m soaggravated! This is the WORST Dunkin? Donut service ever. I hope please the managers could read this and stop this abuses anddisrespect to the clients. I was with my grandfather and I had to act cool before that situation. Read more
