There has been some sort of problem nearly every time I go here. In a matter of a few weeks, the drive-thru speaker has been... broken multiple times, they never have the strawberry banana smoothie, and they have gotten my small, uncomplicated order wrong.I merely asked for cheese added to my breakfast sandwich and they couldn?t even get that right. I like this McDonald's out of all the others in Brockton. The food is fresh and coffee is hot! I will go all the way around to... get my food from here. You can understand them clearly and they are pleasant. Read more
Horrible. I went through drive thru, the mic was broken. Then it told us to go to the 2nd window, we went there and the employee... was using their phone. Horrible service too. On top of that they messed up my order. Thanks a lot. Read more
Ordered three quarter pounders and all three weren't finished they were rare one of them was bloody in the middle. Went back... again and it happened again. Please don't go here. Terrible service. Read more
Bathrooms always filthy. Sandwiches sloppily made. They tend to ignore walkins in favor of drive thru. Always order fries with... no salt if you want hot fried and then add you own salt. Read more

Ordered food through the app. After I?d paid for them, they inform me that two of the items weren?t available. That they can?t... reimburse me and to go through the app. The app states the restaurant had to refund me. After going back and forth between themand corporate I just canceled the whole transaction Off my credit card. All this run around for a lousy $8.64. The manager Ispoke with was no help. I showed him on the app that it says if you paid for items and didn?t receive them, please return tothat restaurant. He just repeats go through the app. Also the phone number this place has listed everywhere is actually a faxnumber. I feel like that was intentional to avoid calls and complaints. So ridiculous. Customer service in this situation wasjust ineffectual and a waste of my time. I?ll go elsewhere from now on. Read more
