1) I order via Mobile & wanted my pickup via the drive-thru? This location always makes you come inside? I?m on the go if I... wanted to PU inside I would have selected it? 2) I ordered a Sweet Tea? When I got it the tea was piping hot? I said somethingto the girl working and she said she put ice in it? But the tea was still hot like it was just brewed and the ice was meltingfast? The most disorganized fast food place I have ever been to. Went there twice in the past month. Was at the drive thru and both... times they told me to come inside. They were completely out of chicken the 1st time. There was a line of people waiting fortheir food. I had to wait another 15 minutes! I used mobile ordering both times this last time they gave me wrong order. Theygave me thigh and drumstick instead of breast and wing. Then told me they were out of breasts and only had one wing so I stuckwith thighs & the one puny wing, they did give me an extra thigh but not what I wanted. It seemed both times like teenagersrunning around (like chickens with their heads cut off) with no one in charge. Terrible I'll never go back there again!! Read more
Wow. Service was pretty bad and incredibly slow. 3 people complained of incorrect orders. One man became irate at the poor... service he was receiving. He caused a little scene, called the staff out for being rude and TBH, he was 100% right. Read more
Unprofessional. Didn?t understand what I was ordering? They didn?t have change so they rounded down the .85 cents. Instead of... rounding up to the nearest dollar. Gave me a cold chicken sandwich smeared in mayo and was told just to wait a couple minutesfor fries that it would be brought out to me? I waited ten minutes and entered informed them while another customer complainedabout service that I waiting on an order of fries that I was informed would be brought out to me? Youngling just laughed? rudenever even acknowledged his mistake or got an apology.. Young kids were just laughing and stated ?just give shorty her fries.? No management no professionalism. This location should be shut down. Service was unacceptable! NEVER ???? AGAIN. If I could ratethem a 0 that?s what the service I got today would receive. Do better Popeyes. Read more
I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru where I told them the response I got was ?inside?. I repeated it was just a... mobile order picked up. ?Inside?. I then asked are you telling me I have to come inside to pick up?!? ?Inside?. Ok now I?maggravated but fine. I go inside multiple people waiting frustrated aggravated so I wait and tell them mobile AGAIN which Iplaced over thirty mins prior and they start to make it now. Ok fine. No mild breast or wings. Ok fine. I?m frustrated just giveme whatever. I then had to wait what seemed like another thirty mins for a small fry. Ok fine. I get home open it up. The spicychicken I got instead of mild was burnt and tasted like old burnt chicken grease which made me instantly nauseous. Then my 14tenders was more like 7 depending on what you call a tender and what you call crust. The food was just as bad as the service.And my kids couldn?t eat any of the food because the mild tasted spicy. Food would probably be good but they seem to always be out of spicy tenders somehow. Multiple times they have charged me and... just gave me mild tenders. Place also is never clean inside. Used to be my favorite fast food but now it's just adisappointment. Read more
