So I got to this Taco Bell at 2:00 a.m. on November 3rd and sat in the Drive-Thru until 2:20 a.m. for guy to come on the... intercom after sitting there for 20 minutes to be told that they're closed they closed at 2:00 a.m. and there was a line of carsbehind me so if you're closing before 3:00 a.m. when it says they close at that time change your hours so nobody shows up toyour fast food restaurant at 2:00 wasting their time Read more

Absolutely livid with this place! Google says they're open until 4 am. Sit in line from 1:30-2 only to be told they're closed.... Window says 3 am, Google says 4, lady said 2. Told the person on the other end we had ready been in line for half an hour andhis exact answer was "not my problem" then other works got on and started arguing with the people behind me. The food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately, they have the rudest, unprofessional kids working at the window. The drive thru line... would go a lot faster if these young employees had supervision! But, they're chatting ut up and laughing amongst themselves notreally caring about being prompt and efficient. I wasn't greeted, just told how much I owed, and was never thanked. What ashame. I?m allergic to tomatoes. Everything I ordered had no tomatoes on it, everything I received had tomatoes on it. When making my... order I told them I was allergic to tomatoes and to please make sure there wasn?t any on the food. Before grabbing my bag Iasked the gentleman are you sure there?s no tomatoes on this because I?m very allergic. He said we made sure there was nothingon there, I open my bag to see that everything that I ordered had tomatoes on it, and not I?m on my way to the hospital withHives and blisters on my hands and face because I was told that nothing that I was going to eat had tomatoes on it. This was attempt 2.. they repeat your order and ask you to check the screen and it?s still made wrong. I asked nicely to remake... my order as they forgot the rice and barely any chipotle sauce the teenage girl at drive through argued about she made it rightand again I asked her to please remake it she rudely said yup drive up and turned the headset off. This is what I get a chipotleburrito this is absolutely disgusting the service was disgusting and the food is too. I have management experience in fast foodand never have I ever treated a paying customer or any customer paying or not like this. You need to better train your employeesor get some who speak English this is America !! Read more
