I decided to bring my family here for dinner on Friday night since it's been awhile since I came. Our server was great, and the... potato skins, fried pickles and the onion bloom were great. I was there with my cousin last night. The server couldn’t be more disrespectful and made us extremely uncomfortable. Not only... he kept rushing us to order saying it’s a fast-paced restaurant. (Understandable, but it doesn’t justify the tone of hisvoice and his attitude). He literally made us order right away. When we said that we weren’t ready the server rolled his eyesand was RUDE. When we ordered our meal, he served everything together, though we had asked to serve our apps first. Butwhatever, that’s wasn’t an issue! what actually frustrated me was that he (I can’t remember his name, maybe Jason, anolder male server) kept saying that we (my cousin and I) looked good together, and kept making us uncomfortable with hiscomments throughout dinner. That was just beyond ridiculous. First of all, that was my cousin. Secondly, it was none of hisbusiness. Thirdly, I haven’t seen my cousin in a very long time and we just wanted to have dinner together and catch up. Wedidn’t plan on answering personal questions. We couldn’t even finish our meal! My wife and I love Texas Roadhouse. However this experience today was unnerving. First, it was our wedding anniversary. And... Second, as we get home and I start unloading the containers from my bag I find A chewed rib in the bottom of my bag. The managerI spoke with tried to assure me that none of the kitchen or takeout staff had ordered ribs that day. She tried to play the "oh,it must have fallen out of my one of my containers." The simple fact is, the barbecue sauce from that rib Was all over the Bagand my containers were sitting directly on top of the rib itself. It didn't fall out of a container and completely covereditself on it's own. Also, let me add that our meals were completely intact and our containers were sealed. Worst experience Ihave had at Texas Roadhouse EVER. It seems like they are on a downslide lately. SO SAD. We love Texas Roadhouse, BUT We now willNOT eat there again. I am afraid of who's leftovers I will find next. UPDATE SINCE MY LAST REVIEW OF THIS LOCATION. After mylast ONE STAR review of this location, the store reached out to me and offered me a coupon to accommodate me for theinconvenience of an eaten bone in my bag. Now, I have gone once again to this location and used the coupon that was given to me.AGAIN, so very sad. I pick up my order and again I get home and when I opened it up the 1st thing I noticed is that I didn'teven have the cinnamon butter that Texas Roadhouse is famous for. Instead, I had just regular butter in mybag. Then, as I openmy wife and my meals I Notice that both of them have minimal French fries AND that there is a Moist towelette in with andtouching my food. Went here because I received a Veteran's Day voucher during the pandemic. As it is a chain I wasn't expecting all that much but... I have to say I was impressed with everything. Our server was fantastic. She was busy and it took her a minute to get to us butwe had grabbed drinks at the bar and we were talking and did not notice nor care. She still comped our appetizer. Food was greatand very tasty and everything was exactly as we ordered. Manager came over to see how it was and we said it was fantastic. Verybusy on a Friday night but you wouldn't even know with the solid service and the time food took to get to the table.Impressive. I would definitely recommend this place. I asked for their biggest steak. A 26oz bone in ribeye is what I got and it was delicious! Definitely worth what I paid for... it. Service was soso/ on the slower side but the restaurant was packed so it was to be expected. I will definitely return. Read more
