Not only did they still have the breakfast menu up at 11:30AM (so I had to order off memory) but the woman on drive thru waited... until after I paid at the window to tell me that they were out of Caesar dressing for the Caesar salad I ordered. She was rudeand ignored me. I ended up throwing out my meal and wasting $11. She forgot my straw too. I won?t be returning to this location. Read more

Having grown up near this place I've had my variety of experiences but tonight is simply just the straw that broke the camel's... back. It's is a little sad because it's not fair I didn't write a 5 star for all the years of fast food and quick friendlyservice, and that it may take a bad review and a hope and a prayer that things turn around, for them to. But for years now (atleast 5) drive thru at night is ridiculous!. I just waited in line for 35 minutes to get 2 small vanilla frostys and they hadno vanilla..neither does 106.. I was there last night and waited 15 min and their was only 1 car Infront of me ( they weremaking him wait ). So I order 2 small Chocolate frostys. No small either . So I order 2 medium.. but as I'm sitting in line forfew minutes to get to the window I just ask the obvious. What does that even mean you don't have small? No small cups. Sowithout trying to sound sarcastic I asked if I could just get "smalls" in " medium " cups. She did it and she wasn't rude.. perday.. but body language and no " your welcome" or anything when I thanked her 3 times for the silly inconvenience. But, Iwasn't buying two flavors bigger than I wanted spending more than I wanted to not get what I even wanted, and taking 35 min todo. Silly.Firstt world. First world problems... Read more
Been coming here for years and years. The staff always does the best they can, typically standard service. Only once was the... service so i stopped going for almost a year. Today I was compelled for the first time to recognize exceptional service. Theyoung lady at the drive up window tonight around 4pm was unbelievably welcoming and friendly!!! Her eye contact and smile (hugesmile) is something you don't always get in fast food service. Well done! Read more
