Don?t walk-in. Only order online. I walked in and noticed they were busy, nobody acknowledged me. They make me wait 10 minutes... in front of the register then one of them screams from the back. ? we?re not gonna serve you, just order it online? and looksaway. This was disrespectful because there was multiple people just standing around looking at me like I?m not just trying toorder food. Order door dash from here got the bottom of the boneless wing bag with all the lil tiny pieces of chicken so my 6 piece turned... into like a 20 piece. So overall pretty good experience. Read more
Honestly one if the worst customer service experiences I have had in fast food. After placing my order I had to wait 30+ mins... for my food whist being the only physical customer in the establishment. I understand Door Dash and other delivery/to go ordersneed to be fulfilled but that is no excuse to letting someone wait that long. For you to then make orders to just place on arack. Read more
Wrong order was delivered by Ubereats, after being ordered online from Wing Stop site. No way to contact delivery service, but I... talked to manager at Wing Stop. I was assured that my payment would be refunded and they would take it up with Ubereats. So Ireordered my food again, different delivery service, though. My original payment has still not been refunded 3 weeks later. WingStop almost never answers their phone, so very difficult to deal with. Read more

I paid 80 cents extra for all flats and still ended up receiving drumettes in my order. I only found out when I got home and at... that point was too hungry and there wasn't time to go back.
