I usually love this place. However tonight I ordered a Teriyaki bowl and asked for rice noodles, the ones I've always had there,... the ones they advertise. Instead I got home to an unpleasant surprise of a bowl a thin spaghetti looking noodles and hardly anysauce. I couldn't even it. It was dry and heavy to eat. I got a fruit smoothie and this mess for $18+ so disappointing ???? Icalled the store and the young lady was very friendly and explained that their shipment of their regular noodles didn't comein, but said these were their substitute. I only wish I was advised so I could decide if I still wanted to order it. So fortonight, the Teriyaki bowl goes in the garbage and I guess I'll eat a piece of fruit for a late dinner after a 16 hr shift atwork. Read more
Love Freshii! Their food is soo good with lots of vegan options and I enjoyed their apple cider vinegar gummy. Love going to... this location when on road trips, always clean, great service and food quality. Can get busy. Recommend! Read more

Grumpy old lady working the cash. I asked for the buddhas satay with rice noodles as a burrito. She would not accommodate this,... said she isn?t allowed and I could only have rice in a very rude way. I just went to another freshii location?they said noproblem with a smile. Read more
