I chanced upon this establishment after a round of golf at the Brockville Country Club 3 yrs back. Man the pizza was... unbelievable. I live in Trenton and have relatives in Alexandria. I visit alot so I can stop and enjoy my favorite pizza. THXsfor being there. Read more
best pizza in town but my problem is with the pizza perks program,,, i ordered a large with three toppings with my points since... i had 180 points over what was needed for this order and at checkout i had to pay for the large pizza so over to gabrielsbrockville i went and they said they had no control over the awards program and i had to pay for the pizza so i paid and when igot home the points were gone for thr large pizza that i just paid for,,, other than the pizza perks this place is excellent,,, Read more
I often order Pizza at Gabriel's restaurant and i never had a bad experience until tonight. I ordered online for a chicken Greek... salad and a Poutine. I realized too late it was almost 10pm so i wanted to call them back to cancel the order since therestaurant was closing. Unfortunately I could not since it was past the time(i found out afterwards i was going to get my orderanyway ) . The person who made the delivery was condescending with me on the phone. On the note it clearly said where to deliverbut he was expecting me to go outside( I work at the desk ) to take my order while complaining about me calling way too late. Ontop of all that, my salad didn't have chicken or dressing that should come with it yet i was charged the full amount of thatorder. I understand the restaurant closing but the guy who delivered didn't need to be rude and the extra i paid but didn'treceive could just be removed. Read more
Usually never have a complaint. Today we received a burnt pizza:( I must add within 48 hours the owner of this Gabriel's... contacted me. I was given a complimentary pizza and an apology. Kudos to the owner for responding quickly and Thank you!! I ampleasantly surprised. Read more
Was in the area on business, and tried the pizza from here. As a pizza "nut" I like trying different types from different... places. Overall this place didn't disappoint! The crust had a selection of Thin, Thick, Regular or multi grain. I went with aRegular crust. This style as you will see in the picture is slightly thicker than some other places. The sauce to dough ratiohowever was spot on. I don't mind thicker crust as long as it's not a "dry" pizza. I personally like mine "heavy" withsauce. The cheese was of high quality as well as the toppings. It was rather thick cheese for not asking for "extra cheese". The pizza pictured has Pepperoni, Olives, and small meat balls on it. Wings are classic - Pizza place wings too be honest! They're adequate for price and for consistency with most pizza places. Not breaded, assuming oven baked. Other reviews sayoverpriced and I beg to differ. I believe you get what you pay for! You want cheap pizza, then go buy cheap pizza. Quality isof utmost importance and I didn't find the price out of range for the type of pizza being offered. Yes we all know you can goget a slice of cardboard for $5 down the street. If that's your thing, so be it. This is not that type of pizza. If in thearea again, definitely will have again. Read more
The pizzas can be deliciously amazing when they're cooked properly. I have ordered their many many times. Check out their... website deals! However I have gotten some burnt pizzas from them over the years, and because I think that they're an expensivepizza shop, I very rarely buy anything there right now. Read more
