DO NOT EAT HERE, the chicken is soggy the frys arnt cooked enough, thrown in the divided bucket without care it was mixed there... are separators fir a reason bone was with boneless and I swear the chicken is not pressurized as it should be disgusting placeto eat I recommend poppies chicken across the street there chicken is amazing. Not a good experience. Dry dry chicken cold fries tasted like the food had been sitting all day never eating at that location... again. Honestly don't think they even care whom ever is in charge of that location definitely has no care about quality of foodor costumer service. Read more
Decent place to grab some easy grub for a quick meal at a price that doesn't burn your pocket. Ordered a couple of box meals.... Not pleased with the fries and the coleslaw. Burgers/sandwiches were good and hit the right spot. Cookies were so bad that I hada bite and left the rest to go to the bin. That's is not a reflection of the particular store. It is a reflection of the cookiesgiven to them by KFC corporate. I decided to give KFC in Kingston a chance after having horrible experiences in Brockville. Sadly it was not good staff was... yelling at each other in a language I did not understand. I ordered the big crunch sandwich to be safe because it was always agood product. Not so, the bun was stale the chicken was thin and tasteless. This was the KFC up on Division Street near the401.. that's the last time, I was worried about being sick on the way home. Read more
Food was good and service was fast... however I ordered a 18 piece bucket and had drumsticks, thighs, and wings only. This I... want to note was likely due to the coworkers who called in "sick" (I'm sure that was likely untrue as per long weekend andregatta.... not cool people) and left the 2 young ladies working alone. The restaurant had to be closed and they were onlydoing online and drive thru. The ladies were doing their best. The manager should really compensate them well for pullingthrough. Read more
The chicken had no skin. A bit of seasoning?but no skin! Isn?t the seasoned crispy skin the hallmark of KFC?! Fries were... soggy. I had to put everything into the air fryer at home to be able to eat it. Gravy a snack coleslaw were good but my softdrink was warm and flat. Very disappointed. Read more
