Chicken was dry because they shave it off into containers and reheat later. I was supposed to have pickles and lettuce and no... heat. I ended up with banana peppers, olives and mild heat. At first I thought maybe my husband and I swapped but no his entirewrap was correct. All these veggies and spice were found at the very bottom of my wrap which was so odd. Like did they startmaking his again by accident and then just decide to leave it all in there? Good thing I'm not allergic to olives. I went there at 2:30 on June 24 2022. The restaurant was filthy. Counters were dirty and the entire facility needed cleaning.... The server had zero personality. I had not been to this chain restaurant before and asked a few questions about the menu. Shecouldn?t even answer in complete sentences and had that typical 16 year old look of boredom. Fire her. I ordered the beef onrice dish. Before I had a chance to stop her she smothered the entire takeout container in some mayonnaise type sauce plus threeother unnamed ingredients. I wasn?t asked if I wanted any of this. The A&W teen burger plus onion rings were probablyhealthier. I think the food could be good but please hire competent staff that can talk in a friendly manner and know how tokeep a restaurant clean. Read more

Chicken was dry. Poutine gravy was over starched. Fries were overcooked. 9 dollars for a weak poutine?! Really?!

I was expecting a really good shawarma given the reviews but I was a little disappointed. Although the veggies seemed fresh, the... sandwich didnt taste good to me. The lady asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said no, just extra garlic sauce. She then added sesamesauce (which I didnt ask for - and completely ruined it for me) I found the sauce tasted sweet and a bit like ranch dressing.The chicken was pretty dry as well. I ate about 1/4 of the sandwich and threw out the rest. The size is great for the price.The customer service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately I just didnt like the sandwich overall. Read more

Amazing service! We ordered a falafel wrap and the beyond meat platter with half rice a d half fries. They were also really nice... and let me replace my salad with the grilled veggies so my baby could have some too. The food is very fresh and flavourful. Ialso love that they have vegan garlic sauce so that our entire meal was vegan. It was our first time visiting an osmow's andthis experience made us want to visit again. Highly recommend! Read more
