I have ordered from this place for the last time the servers being rude is an understatement and everything about this Subway is... dirty. I cant stand the fact they don't understand English and speak whatever dead old world dirt language amongst each otherseemingly in distaste of any customer requests. I feel like I am walking into another world when stepping up to the counter andthe scary part of it is is that world is quickly becoming mine.Overall the worst representation of the Subway Franchise I haveever experienced. Basic western world food handling practices also seem foreign to these people. Worst service ever!! I will not buy a cookie from this location again, the server, I think hid name is Ahmad, rolled his eyes... at me when I told him I dont want my chicken and bacon heated for my salad. Worst service I have ever had. Both employees were extremely rude. Did not observe any social distance or Covid protocols.... Seemed like a big inconvenience to help a customer. Was overcharged . Did not want to be helpful or even polite. Will NEVERvisit this location again. Read more
Employees are extremely miserable and slow moving. They mumble very quietly so you can?t hear what they say and when you ask... them to repeat themselves they are clearly annoyed. Will not return to this location even though it?s close to my house, I?drather go to the north end and not have to deal with such rude people. Read more
It was hard to hear and understand what the worker was saying due to the face mask and the divider sheet hanging between us in... lieu of social distancing. Only one single employee was working. I had an order of 5 subs. I felt I was bothering him whiletrying to placing my order. Even when I asked him for suggestions as to what they normally put on certain subs, he just pointedto the condiments and said what do you want. He was not friendly or courteous. I frequent Subway for lunch. This is the only location I have ever been to that adds only 3 leafs of spinach and two Pinches of... lettuce. Ask little more and they add one more leaf. If you want a descend sandwich go uptown they have no problem adding agood serving of toppings. Read more
