Love Swiss Chalet but this one location was horrible. Dirty restrooms and very bad service. Waitress ignored us for the... entire meal. My coffee cup was cracked and hubby's chicken was dry. Owner did not care and was rude to us when we asked tospeak to him. Wont be back there. We will stick to our Swiss chalet in Kingston. Read more
We came there to have our lunch and it was a good place to have it. First, they had some special deal for kids "kids eat... free". We ordered chicken legs and smashed potatoes, so kids had their meals for free. The team was nice, the service was quick,and the place was clean. Read more
On the evening of July 29th, 2022, I went out to Swiss Chalet for dinner with my family... I was served 3 dirty wine glasses in... a row.... the fourth one had to be hand washed as instructed by a manager before I could get a clean glass. When my food got tothe table, I unwrapped my flatware and there was dried up food on the flatware too... Absolutely disgusting, they dont cleantheir dishes properly. My family walked out before being served our entrees because this is very unacceptable to us. I let therestaurant staff know exactly why we were leaving too. Several staff members were there at the bar when I complained, includinga manager, and they understand what happened. My family went across the street to Chuck's Roadhouse and there we got fantasticfood, service, and it served on clean dishes, for lower prices... very happy with Chuck's Roadhouse. As your local guide, Isuggest to stay away from this Swiss Chalet restaurant for a while until they retrain their dishwashing staff. Read more

We were part of a bus group of 40 people that stopped for lunch. Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name, (she served the... bus driver & tour coordinator), but, I have to say, she was excellent! From seating all of us, to the service and food, it wasoutstanding! Thank you! Read more
Went here with my family for dinner and was very impressed. The restaurant was busy but the servers and kitchen were keeping up... without issue. I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was PERFECT! Often times restaurants will smother the chickenin sauce, making it a soggy mess; not here, it was done just right and it left the chicken crispy as it should be! Our serverwas very friendly, attentive, and did a great job. We have ordered at this location before for take out but it was our firsttime dining in; we will definitely be back! Read more
