Very poor customer service! I have been a customer for over 10 years dedicated to this particular store, I am appalled by the... employees behaviour and outbursts at me when I order a sleeve on my French vanilla. They never seem to hear me ask for one thengive me attitude when I ask for one at the window because they could not listen at the speaker . Very disappointed in theservice I have been receiving as of lately! Today the girl told me to ?get over myself? for asking for a sleeve! I won?t be areturning customer to this store! Read more
Two times this week, Parkedale ave in Brockville. Tuesday, tried to order everything bagel, none available but ordered an Earl... Grey tea with a bag in and D 1 out. Yea had both bags in and was orange Pekoe. Today, tried to order a Boston Creme donut, noBoston Creme donuts. Get to the window and also find out no Decaf coffee either. This store is the worst.
