Ordered 2 of the breakfasts with hot cakes, had to wait for a while then had to pull up and wait a long time then got my order... left to go about 3 blocks to find it with burnt eggs and everything was so cold not slightly warm but cold that vi couldn't meltbutter except for my greese soaked hash browns. 11-10-22 Read more

Passing through and thought we wood grab a sandwich. Went to the drive thru and there's no speaker. The girl at the window was... pleasant but the fact that we had to swing back around to order is ridiculous. Get up to pick up our food and are told we needto pull to the yellow line it will be 2 minutes for food to be ready. Sat there for 10 and nothing. Why remodel a building andnot put a drive thru speaker on. At least put a sign on the menu board saying you have to remember what you want to order at thewindow. Read more
First we tried to go through the drive through, but couldn?t find a speaker, though there was a window and line. But no signs... indicating HOW to order. Then we went inside to order. No cashier at the register. My husband went to the bathroom as I waitedfor someone to take our order. He immediately came back, saying there was a guy just sitting on the toilet, pants on, the doorunlocked. Just sitting there. A minute later the guy came out of the bathroom and it was the cashier. We had to repeat parts ofour order multiple times, and everything still ended up being wrong and tasting terrible. Don?t think any of us finished all ourmeal. Worst McDonalds experience. Read more
