Here at Burger King, I think this place is 3 stars because I loved the food with fries but one time, a employee had gave us the... wrong order. I'm not sure of his name but I don't know if he works there anymore but anyways. He gave us Onion rings instead offries, and our burgers were not what we ordered. I also hated the fact that it took so long to make the food like, what takes solong to make a Burger? When I make burgers at home, It takes 20 min. If this was the only place open I'd be fine eating here the sandwiches are always pretty good but the fried items taste bland... and are more often than not pretty soggy Ordered on the app and they left out half of my sauce and the nuggets were bland andsoggy wish that the people on the fry station would be turning out fresher food than they are but you honestly can't blame theworkers bk needs to revamp their fried items (outside of the fries to die for) cause all the food here that isn't served betweenbuns is gross UPDATE: IT GETS WORSE!!! I had been coming to this Burger King for 20 years. This one used to be privately owned, not sure if there are new owners, but... this BK was the best in the Poconos. Yesterday my husband and i ordered 2 Whopper meals and they were nothing like before. Theburger patties are being made smaller, the tomatoes were soggy, and just the quality was a big disappointment. Not to mentionthere were no signs in the window for specials,only a 2 for 10 deal on the actual drive thru menu. It is so sad to see myfavorite BK place gone. Everything i used to love about it is now gone. I will not be returning. So sad the quality has gone waydown hill. Don't waste your money! Read more
This is apparently a Ch'King? The soggy breading concerns me about eating it more than anything. I barely get Burger King... anymore and now I remember why. It's gone downhill so fast. The young employees are usually nice and I give them a ton ofrespect, it's the managers that always seem like they can't stand their own job. They pressure the teens to make orders whilethey stand around complaining. I do hope some managers can be let go and bring in some with proper positive attitudes. Been a BK fan for over 30 years but this place just can't seem to put together a good sandwich. Seems like they don't care and... just throw it together. Can't even get the burger on the roll. The worst BK ever. Plus, even at lunchtime, the burgers are cold.I don't get it. Read more
Was there on a weekday, around 1:30pm, nobody in line inside (one table occupied), drive thru not busy, ordered two regular... cheeseburgers, they were just hot, each one had a huge piece of thick cheese not melted (cold) sitting on top, coffee was justwarm (not hot), yet they had no excuse for this. I can honestly say that I couldn't recommend & I'll Never go back, if I had acorporate phone number I'd have called it. And they were fully staffed, so I don't understand how one does this to acustomer. Yes, I could have taken it back up, but at THIS point, I'd be afraid to see what I'd get.. Read more
