I ordered 3 shots of espresso over ice and this store charged me $1.29 for the cup. The associate then tried to explain that... they had to charge me separately for the cup even though I ordered 3 shots of espresso. How else would they give me the liquidespresso?! In my hands?! Just spent 15$ on 3 drinks they they all went in the trash. DISGUSTING. Staff was rude and rushing everything even mishandled... me at the window. Stopped on the way to family's house for some coffee and donuts for the kids. My coffee was definitely not made how I asked. And... I used mobile ordering so there shouldn't be any reason why it was wrong. I even double checked in the app to make sure I didn'tmake a mistake, I didn't. Unfortunately I had driven away before I even took a sip so I didn't know it was wrong. They also gaveme the wrong donuts, as they handed me the bag they said what donuts were in there so I looked and said yeah these are wrong andtold them the right order (should've been my clue to check the coffee). I again double checked the app and made sure I didn'torder the wrong donuts, I didn't. Also they just threw the donuts in the bag so they were upside down and stuck together.
