I ordered 3 shots of espresso over ice and this store charged me $1.29 for the cup. The associate then tried to explain that... they had to charge me separately for the cup even though I ordered 3 shots of espresso. How else would they give me the liquidespresso?! In my hands?! Just spent 15$ on 3 drinks they they all went in the trash. DISGUSTING. Staff was rude and rushing everything even mishandled... me at the window. Get it together because I can just spend 15$ elsewhere. Or don't work there if you don't want to do a job.Plenty of people willing work in your place. Read more
Stopped on the way to family's house for some coffee and donuts for the kids. My coffee was definitely not made how I asked. And... I used mobile ordering so there shouldn't be any reason why it was wrong. I even double checked in the app to make sure I didn'tmake a mistake, I didn't. Unfortunately I had driven away before I even took a sip so I didn't know it was wrong. They also gaveme the wrong donuts, as they handed me the bag they said what donuts were in there so I looked and said yeah these are wrong andtold them the right order (should've been my clue to check the coffee). I again double checked the app and made sure I didn'torder the wrong donuts, I didn't. Also they just threw the donuts in the bag so they were upside down and stuck together. Thechocolate frosting on one was all over the other donut and the bottom of the bag. Not a good experience. Read more

It was Donut Day, on a mildly warm Friday morning. I was so excited to get my usual iced beverage along with my free donut. I... could taste the strawberry frosting as I drove to the establishment. The drive through line was moving efficiently and the waittime was minimal. The kind individual at the window handed me my order and with a big grin on my face I said "thank you!" Anddrove away. The entire drive home all I could think about was taking a big bite into my donut. I finally arrive home to eat mydonut. I reach in the bag and something isn't right. It turns out whoever put the donut in the bag thought It was smart to putit in upside down. Now all of the delicious strawberry frosting had melted onto the bottom of the bag, leaving the rest of thedonut bare. I almost cried. Ordered a bagel, lightly toasted and cut in half with cream cheese, and this is what I got. It was SORT of cut in half too.... Can't really tell from the pic though. My drink was also not right. I couldn't turn around and go back through the drive thrucause I was on my way to college and I'd be late for my class if I did. Tried calling and nothing. I tried calling for THREEDAYS and never had a single person pick up the phone. Almost every time I go through they screw something up and I nevercomplain. But this is the last straw. I love DD coffee! However they are all getting too expensive to the point of gouging. Anything extra like whipped cream on a... drink is 75 cents extra, a cold drink with no ice is 50 cents extra. The quality of drinks depends on who makes them. Now theyrigged the points you earn so they can rip you off even more. Read more
