Ordered 12 piece meal. I got home an open the box there were 7 pieces. The sides weren't even full. To make things worse... everything was cold. The biscuits were rock hard. Tried to call about 10 times, ok it's close to dinner time but where is themanager. Read more

Ordered online. The app said the food was ready. We went there and they said it would be 15 more minutes. When we got the food... the fries were hard, cold and like they were from yesterday. They didn't have the drinks we wanted so we had to pick somethingelse. There was bad language spoken by one of the employees, however the manager addressed it. Every time we get KFC the order is either wrong or you wait in the drive-thru for 25 min. Managing skills highly needed.
