Ordered the Rib Sandwich and Fries. Fries we already cold and old tasting when handed to me at drive thru. Drove 2 blocks to... eat the rib sandwich and it was also cold and very tough. I got their new steak burger just to try it. Personally, I wasn't crazy about it. It was good, don't get me wrong. It just... seemed as good as a fast food burger can be. If I ever want a burger like this one again, I would probably go somewhere else. In my mind, you go to Arby's for what has made them so good. If I want a burger, there is Wendy's, Burger King, or McDonalds. However, NO ONE does a roast beef sandwich like Arby's. I will definately be back to this Arby's.
