Ordered the Rib Sandwich and Fries. Fries we already cold and old tasting when handed to me at drive thru. Drove 2 blocks to... eat the rib sandwich and it was also cold and very tough. Curly fries were NOT fresh ???? If this a location that remodeled... whoever thought concessions RIGHT BEHIND ORDERING... COUNTER was a good idea... NO. Such a poorly designed, set up!!! I got their new steak burger just to try it. Personally, I wasn't crazy about it. It was good, don't get me wrong. It just... seemed as good as a fast food burger can be. If I ever want a burger like this one again, I would probably go somewhere else. In my mind, you go to Arby's for what has made them so good. If I want a burger, there is Wendy's, Burger King, or McDonalds. However, NO ONE does a roast beef sandwich like Arby's. I will definately be back to this Arby's. I kept forgetting stuff I wanted buy to eat and kept having to go back to put in another order and the workers kept their cool... and were super nice to me and my wife !!! Read more
The cashier was polite. The sandwich was pretty gross. There was a plastic tab in my sandwich. The manager offered to replace... my sandwich, but I'm not so interested in returning to that location. Read more
I have never done a salad from Arby's I was just getting over a cold and a salad sounded good, it's late and not a lot of places... to choose from so here I am trying a salad from Arby's.. yuck ???? I'm sure it was probably this location maybe, but the lettucewas brown and wilted the chicken it looks like they took a piece of chicken for a sandwich and just chopped it into a few piecesand put it in there. The chicken had a good taste but the rest of the salad was just horrible by some old lettuce. And all ithad covering it was like a piece of plastic wrap.. needless to say I will not try a salad from Arby's again. Read more
I used to work this location and wow I'm impressed. I live to a closer Arby's that always disappoints and you guy DID NOT!... Thanks Robert for the great drive thru service and lady that brought it out 3 minutes later! Ya'll deserve props! Read more
