I don't remember the gentleman that took my orders name but he was so friendly and nice, so many locations are missing this. ... He even did a damn good job trying to up-sale???? Food was amazing as well! Smokehouse brisket, curly fries, mozzarella sticks,and a soda what more could a person need? Also it was a great atmosphere, seemed like they had a good team in there. They never get orders right. Also, very hateful. They make sure you know that your business is an Inconvenience to them.
Came here after a long day . Just passing through. Ate in late with my family. The young man was very kind helpful at helping... us understand the menu . Food was very good as well. Store and bathrooms super clean. Great job guys!! Read more

I saw a Arby?schivken sandwich commercial on the TV and I decided to go there for dinner. I had worked 11 hours in childcare... and I was too tired to cook dinner. I ordered the Chicken ranch sandwich and curly fries. I only live 1 1/2 miles from the storeand it was 100 degrees outside but when I got home I was So disappointed. The sandwich and the fries were cold and old. Thelettuce and tomato were wilted, and the chicken was over breaded and hard. I had 4-5 curly fries on top of the package and therest were scrapes that were hard, dry and old. I was too tired to drive back to the store so I pitched it and I will NOT waistmy money or time on them again since this was the second time I?ve been disappointed with the food at Arby?s. Read more
Only 2 in drive thru. We both had to wait to order and then pull forward, from the window, to wait. I ordered the new southwest... chicken avocado wrap. I had to add my own avacoda dip, because there only was a drop of theirs, and there was 3 small pieces ofchicken. See pic. My husband's shake wasn't fully mixed. It was a Jomacha with an inch of vanilla at the bottom, but they did agood job on the crinkle fries. Just disappointed. We had some issues. We went at 6:17pm we ordered for 3 people, first was the "fried turkey" meal with no bun and a small sweet... potatoe fry, a number 12 with a small Dr. Pepper, no mayo only mustard and we also ordered my brothers a number 1 with mediumfry and medium coke at the end. We got to the window paid but they had got only two of the meals ordered and they forgot mybrother I thought they missed the drink we asked for it and got it, but when they handed us the bag. My husband thought theprice was too low for what we ordered and had me check. We looked and they had missed it entirely we ordered his paid and waitedan additional 5-8mins. We got gome to find they gave him a crispey chicken with mayo not the #12, my food was cold the frieswere dry, the lettuce was brown wilted, and the tomatoes were colorless with means that they were very old. Given I do not makesense when I talk so it may habe continued to the confusion in the order for that im sorry and it is late at night ive worked infood service I know foods not so great towards the end but still needs look into to improve this is not the first time. Great and fresh food, my last visit. Even being as short staffed as they were, the staff was super friendly.
