Normally a ok location but lately have been slacking. I went through the drive thur and was reassured everything was in the bag... as I asked. So trusting them I drove all the way home and realized they?re missing a whole burger that was for my daughter. Icalled them and let them know hey I missing a burger and they?re like yes and sitting right here on the counter. So I drive allthe way back up there to retrieve the burger. And ask for a refund for the trouble to come pick up the cold burger that I willneed to reheat. And the manager goes I can do one or the other. wow talk about rude, it says if you forget or receive the mealsfree but you miss a whole burger and we drive all the way home and you can?t Show some customer service. I went there the other night and it was it?s quite busy so me and my bf waited patiently, people here are very nice, but food... should never be sent out so hot that it burns the styrofoam container and burns onto the food. I worked in fast food and I knowthis shouldn?t have happened. Braum's has been a great burger joint for the family on the go but there chicken has gone down hill and if you don't ask for... crisp fries you get uncooked talking fries.. their chicken tastes like it was cooked hours ago and then just warmed up. I'llgladly wait for the chicken to cook..I don't want or expect you to throw me something out of a microwave! Do better.. Update: Icouldnt deal with it so I showed the manager and she replaced the sandwich. Just sad you have to say something to get somethingthe way it should of came the first time.
