Our waitress Alicia was amazing she was moving so fast she seemed to be in two places at once. The food was pretty good the... chili cheese fries were definitely my favorite. The onion rings were on the thick side so if you like them thick cut here is theplace for you. My burger was good wasn't the best they use shredded cheese inside of a slice on the burger no problem there. Mygirlfriend got the chicken fried steak witch she said was very good, the breading on the stake was a little thick but the gravywas delicious. The portions are huge so come ready to eat! This place is a hidden gem!! Just stopped by there today with my wife to try it out. The dinner style layout was nice and very... clean. They had a lunch special for chicken fried steak and a side for just $4.99?!?!? So we went in and we were greeted by avery friendly hostess who invited us to pick a table or a booth, we chose a booth. We both ordered the chicken fried steak, Ihad mash potatoes and she had fried okra. The waitress was very nice and friendly and our food was ready fairly quickly. Itcame out to us hot. The portions for this, in my opinion, was amazing, and please keep in mind, I'm 5'11" and 235lbs, and thiswas enough for me. Everything tasted fantastic. My wife and I will plan on going here on a more regular basis. Duffy's hadbeen around for over 30 years, and after eating there, I can see why. Read more
Food was okay but just too much gravy. Had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and the kids had the roast beef open... face sandwich also with too much gravy. The menu doesn?t say that the kids sandwich has brown gravy so we had to scrape off whatwe could. Kids said food was 3 stars but service was 4 so went with the higher for the review plus it was a great value. Read more
The guy is always nice and energetic. I like the food and they have a lot of special plates that are very good it really depends... on what you want. I feel this place is a must visit for a unique dine in experience. I don't eat here all the time but when Iwant great service and good food I go here. Read more
So usually I really enjoy the food from Duffy's. I only get the chicken fajitas skillet with a side of spinach, and the skillet... comes with biscuits and gravy on the side also. Now, usually like I said I really enjoy it. Today, a whole other story. I ateonly the b&g when it arrived. Later on when I went to warm it up to eat the skillet I notice that up under the egg was nothingbut raw potatoes. Dressed up to look like they were cooked. Great service - fast and friendly. The food was done really quickly. The restaurant had quite a few people, but the tables are... set up so we didn't feel crowded. The food was great, and there was plenty of it. The meat lover's skillet is really good, andthe pancakes are huge and also great. We will definitely go back. Read more
Our food was excellent and our waitress was super friendly. It's a family owned restaurant and are all about serving the... customer. The prices are really reasonable. This is truly a gem upon the foodies! We've been visiting for quite a few years. We did try recently and saw the new hours of... operation. So please make sure they are open and be prepared for some good home cooked food! No matter what you order!Breakfast is all day!
