Really well made sandwiches. Hook and Ladder is my favorite. The bread is so fresh. Clean and friendly!
Waited over 30min for a simple(no meat) salad. There were 2 couples eating and another waiting on their order. So they were not... busy. Upon finally receiving my order, the kids working seemed bothered or put out at the fact they had to stop their idle chitchat and me get me more dressing. I can totally understand how they were anything but busy on a Friday night dinner rush. I'vegotten better service at a Burger King then I did at firehouse subs. Delicious sub! However the restaurant was not very clean at all. The drink area was a mess. Staff not very friendly.
Good subs and chili. The chicken and dumplings were not as good as the other food. I liked the blue whale mural inside but they... ruined it by adding Catoosa PD in the picture with the firefighters. (Not ALL of CPD are terrible dishonest cops, there ismaybe 1 good cop). As far as Firehouse Subs goes I would recommend to others but probably won't go back bc it wasn't so muchbetter than anywhere else I eat. Update-i did go back several times. Lol Read more
Good subs. Staff doesnt care.. i ordered 2 subs one was a tuna WITH PICKLE AND TUNA ONLY. THEY GOT IT WRONG. he didnt even put... the order in right when i adressed it they looked at me like i was stupid. Never offered to fix it just stared at me and movedin. Won't be back if u cant educate staff in customer service. You might also tell the cashier to wash his hands before makingsandwiches after touching money gross. Took forever to get sandwich when no one was really there before me without a sandwich. No urgency to get your food. Sandwich was slopy made. Read more
It was our first time there. The food was very good, but the people must have had a very long and busy day. It was 10 minutes... till closing and not one person smiled and you could tell they just wanted to get out. I hope they get some rest... Read more
I got the Club on a sub with chips and a drink. The sandwich, chips, and drink were all great. Can?t forget the pickle, and the... sandwich was warm. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I will be back!???????????? Read more
Doubling down on this? originally posted a few months ago! Be ready to WAIT. I?ve always been the biggest fan of Firehouse Subs... but wow this location must be poorly managed or something.
