Freddie's is a great American food diner. Good burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, crispy skinny fries & onion rings. Great... dipping sauce. Delish shakes and really nice servers. Tuesday nights kids get a free meal with purchase of adult meal and theydo sweet things with the kids like have handouts, and I think some games they can play. Freddys is great. I love Freddys... This particular location? Not so much. It's actually pretty gross. It's consistently dirty... with trash everywhere and it actually smells bad inside. A lot of the employees have serious personal hygiene issues. They dropgarbage on the ground and leave it, but drop cups and containers on the ground and pick them up- and then put it back, insteadof in the trash. Disgusting. Read more

Great service this evening, I really appreciate the drive-thru staff. Very friendly & fast. They noticed I had two dogs, in the... car, offered their "special doggie snack" a little cup of Ice cream with whipped cream & a dog bone on top. They loved it! Edit: you will see from my profile that I review a lot of places, and almost never complain, however, this one needed to be... said. This is the saddest patty melt I have seen in my life. Ordered three meals and all looked this bad. The patties weredried out, super thin, and looked like they were what is scrapped off the grill when the real burgers were done. The firstpictures are what they looked like, untouched when I opened the container. Not sure I will eat Freddie's again, and if so I willdefinitely not get the Patty melt again. The fries were not great, and only good thing was the ice cream. Three patty meltmeals, and three small ice creams for $42 would have expected a better outcome. Braums and Whataburger are better options forthe money, and even McDonald's or Burger King provide a better burger. EDIT: So, I did the survey as asked by the ownerscomment and will admit the response from corporate was fairly quick. I will add that they offered coupons for a free meal, whichI am declining (I always decline free stuff after a complaining, because it makes it seem that I am complaining to get freestuff)...so that sounds good right!? However....also included with the response was advice that I order something different, aswell as a description that what I recieved was correct, and implied that I do not know what a steakburger is, so would be betterthat I order a double next time. So...since they have stated that this patty melt looks to fit their quality standards, I won'tbe going back, and would advise against getting patty melts or any steakburger from Freddy's unless you like thin, dry, andblan.
