This store is very sad in comparison to others. Any other location they serve proper portions. This one did not even have enough... lettuce etc for a 'bowl which". There was literally no lettuce or veggies covering the bottom like normal.. literally noveggies, even though I asked for extra and was willing to pay for extra. Also, I had ordered an Italian sandwich and theyliterary had a couple slices of meats each. Not standard compared to other locations and procedures. When I tried to call toadvise of their error, no one would answer even though they didn't close for at least 30 minutes. I have never had a goodexperience from this location, and if you can't even get a staff member to answer the phone and correct mistakes, is evenworse.. do NOT recommend. I also have pics of proof.. Ordered 3 Subs online thru delivery. Bag was sealed when it arrived, opened it to find that we've gotten 2 subs. Alright no big... deal, so we've called the store and told them about the mix up to atleast not be charged for the missing sub. The managerbasically called us lairs and that he "remembered what he put in there". He even tried to blame the driver (even tho the sealwasn't opened when it arrived) and didn't even give us our money back for the sub. We were regulars here and never had anyissues before today. I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's for the lunch rush so this was new. The service was pretty quick and the employees were... helpful and friendly. The food is in the better side of the fast food spectrum and I was happy with my choice. Read more
Typical Mike's so it's good food. But the girl that made my sandwich put a RIDICULOUS amount of oil and vinegar? Whatever the... two juices they put on there. Whole sandwich was completely soggy and a mess to eat. Other than that it was OK. Read more

Very good. I'm not gluten-free but one of my kids is, and when we were there, they were making two gluten free sandwiches that... had apparently been called in. The people who ordered weren't there to watch, but I observed them carefully taking precautionsto avoid cross contamination. They were apologetic that we had to wait, but the wait wasn't bad at all, especially when it'sbecause they're taking extra steps to keep people safe.
