In my opinion this store continues to snowball downhill. I've seen people behind the counter talking to other people behind the... counter while customers are waiting. Just the other day I went in and the girl checked her cell phone right in front of mebefore ringing up my items. And then today when I go in I hear some 90s grunge music playing for all to hear. I'm a fan of '90sgrunge music but I don't think it adds to the professionalism of the establishment in any former fashion. They need some realquality Management in that place Read more
The receipt printer at the pump did not work again today. In today's world of computer controlled fuel pumps you would think... that a thing as small as a printer would be simple to maintain. This is the basis of the Pay At The Pump convience both the cardreader and the printer allow a transaction to be completed without a visit inside the store. Buy new? Buy better quality? 02/26/2017 Sunday I like the new store look and design and the associates at this location are friendly and helpful. If you are... using the & more rewards program then you will need to know that if you pay or swipe your card for two different transactionsthen you won't get your reward points. This is for all Kum n go stores. I have two vehicles I wanted to pay for gas. Both are mycars and I was paying for both with my money , but it appears that Kum n go thinks you are stealing points if you swipe yourcard twice in a row. I missed out on 30 points today because I was unaware of their fear to give up the points to a doubleswipe. I kind of feel robbed. Oh well lesson learned and lesson passed on to the masses. I If you are going to pay for 2separate cars getting gas at the same time make the clerk split it up on the pump and pay all at once or pay at once and movethe cars in and out of the same pump or miss out on reward points at the second car.
