Unfortunately, new to BA, now I know not to order on the weekends. Food took 80 minutes to arrive (60-70min window), wings... weren't crunchy, barely seasoned, pepperollies we're barely warm, and even the kids complained about the pepperoni pizza beinghard. Waited over an hour for delivery , when the pizza arrived it was burnt .This will be the Last time we will order from Mazzio?s.

Kids bit into this and started crying that it was disgusting. Me, thinking it?s just sugar, cinnamon and icing was in for a huge... shock when I took a huge bite to discover that someone had definitely confused the sugar for SALT?. I have gotten a sandwich the last two visits, Mazzio's is becoming my ham & cheese, Italian sub place for now. The sandwiches... have been really good, the fries are some of the best I've found in a while. Read more

Pure dough. No way was it even in the oven for 5 mins. This location has given undercooked pizzas to us in the past recently but... this time was so doughy we had to throw it out. Not sure if they?re understaffed, need to retrain a new employee or if theiroven is broke. Any which way, I hope they figure it out soon. This was no bueno. Read more

This location has burned my pizza the last 4 times I have ordered here. They burned 2 cauliflower pizzas on 2 different... occasions and an order of pepperoilis the next time and this last order, they burned a regular medium pizza. Either theemployees need to better training, or the oven needs an adjustment. I've never had issues with other Mazzio's Locations butwon't be coming back to this one. Read more
