I am not happy with my recent experience here. The woman who was taking my order with red hair could not have seemed any more... disinterested in the customers she was helping. I had asked if I could add sour cream to my potato and she said she could dothat (and read it back to me more than once), and my potato did not have it. I also did not receive my broccoli cheddar soup Iordered and I had to ask for it again from the waitress (who was very nice). What was more frustrating was when I asked what thesoup of the day was. The woman looked over to her coworker since she had no idea what to say, whose name started with a J, andasked what the soup of the day was. He said "we just make something up - usually the most popular soup." I found thisdisappointing since usually soup of the day is something different. It just felt a little lazy. I love this location as I'vebeen here many times before, but today was not so great. Maybe it was a rough day for the workers, I'm not sure. The customerservice was NOT here today. Read more
Ordered curbside and sat out there for more then 10 minutes after checking in and never got our food. They did bring out food to... a woman that came several minutes after us. I finally went inside and grabbed my order and the same girl that delivered theother woman?s order just stood there staring at me. Once we got home we found out that the order was wrong. Food is generally good, but I'm leaving 3 stars because they never give us pickles. I know it sound petty, but we specifically... ask for pickles and they never give them to us. Seriously, never. Why have the option if you don't give them? When we startgetting our pickles, I will reconsider the rating. Read more
The staff did a great job taking care of us. One of my kids has a milk/egg allergy. Brad, the manager, especially took... exceptional care of us. When he was consulted about the bread having specific ingredients, he chose to remake her sandwich on anew platter, cleaned grill area and used packet mustard to avoid cross contamination from the spatulas. Thank you guys fortaking us in consideration, we really appreciate the excellent attention to detail and service. The food was also really yummy,the kids loved it. Read more
I had the Italian sandwich, and a cup of chicken dumpling soup, a glass of ice tea. It was very good. Kind of reminds me of New... Orleans style Muffelotta sandwich. Worth the price. I'll go back for lunch. Read more
I love McAlister's. They have the best food and they are lower priced then going to Panera Bread. I love their sandwiches and... their soups. I've never had anything in McAlister's that didn't taste as good as homemade. I highly recommend McAllister if youare a deli person, which I am. Read more
